Having a sensory friendly child ourself, we personally understand the struggle of organized sports and the overwhelming anxiety it can cause both student and families. We have a sensory friendly area designed with the perfect equipment to help our stars enjoy a small organized class fit for their needs. We will have FUN while also working on strength, agility, balance, and team skills.

Kentucky Epic! Gymnastics is an introductory to gymnastics. We serve ages 0-18 that are NOT at a competitive level of gymnastics. Our sweet spot is teaching fundamentals, skills, and technique for levels 1-3. Levels 4 & up are available with private instruction lessons with our coaches.

Right now we're creating some buzz while all of our busy bees are behind the scenes upfitting our building to have the perfect layout and equipment. We are in FULL construction mode, equipment is traveling in from all over the country, coaches and staff are being hired, and grand opening plans are underway. Grand Opening will be Monday, November 4th, 2024. Classes will fill fast -- so be sure to sign up on the waiting list.
